Eating fruits immediately after the meal, makes you feel heavy and slows down the digestion process. The fibers from the fruits get tangled with the meal and reduces the absorption of essential nutrients from the food.
Do not gobble down the food just before the workout or immediately after your exercise time. Your body needs rest post-workout and filling your stomach with food puts extra burden on strained muscles. Hence, always wait for half an hour or 45 minutes before indulging in food items.
Sleeping gives your body the necessary rest it needs but going for a nap immediately after eating costs your body a lot. Your body does not get the chance to burn out the extra calories, resulting in many body ailments.
Drinking water is good but immediately after food has adverse effects. Drinking water immediately after your meal causes dilution of digestive juices causing ineffective absorption which leads to acidity and stomach ache.
