A 24 hour global digital workout was held where Olympics champions and young fans came together to celebrate Olympics Day and get people active.
Over 140 athletes from various sports disciplines took part in the live workouts and a special edition Olympic Day video. The video showcased a range of moves to challenge one’s abilities, from India, badminton silver medalist PV Sindhu introduced mediation to the fans.
Every workout regime across all social media platforms created worldwide dialogue and excitement. Starting with Tonga’s Olympian Pita Taufatofua, the global workout travelled across all the time zones and ended with USA decathlon champion Bryan Clay.
Different Olympics committees inspired people to try a new sport and emphasized on mental health in sports. This innovative event was set up on Olympics Day to bring everyone together and unite them in the spirit of sport. An opportunity to build yourself, keep growing and getting better at it.
