What began as a beloved pizzeria and Negroni bar has gracefully evolved into a full-fledged culinary destination, expanding its horizons to offer a far richer dining and drinking experience. Known for its breathtaking Arabian Sea views and unique lantana-woven architecture, Como Agua has just rolled out an expanded food menu and a captivating new cocktail line-up, all crafted with care by Head Mixologist and Bar Manager, Aman Dhiman, and sourced from a pantry that now stretches across India. This transformation also includes the remarkable addition of artisanal, in-house mozzarella production, showcasing the brand’s deep commitment to quality and unique offerings.
Chef Amit Kumar leads the charge in the kitchen, infusing our already popular menu with exciting additions. While our Neapolitan pizzas are a crowd favourite, made with dough that’s slow-fermented for 48 hours and baked to achieve that perfect leopard-spot crust, there’s much more to discover. Try the Hot Honey & Double Pepperoni, topped with fresh mozzarella and pepperoni, finished with house-made spicy honey. The Red Snapper in Tomato Broth comes grilled in a chili tomato broth with curry leaf oil. The Lobster Roll features chunky lobster in creamy mayo, tucked in a toasted brioche bun, served with molten butter and sweet potato chips. Bringing in bold Indian flavours, the Chicken Chettinad with Malabar Parotta Canapé is served with pickled onions and hung curd. The Japanese Soba Noodle Salad is a fresh mix of soba noodles, kale, citrus, goat’s cheese, nuts, and seeds in sesame dressing. For something heartier, try the Cream Cheese & Mascarpone Ravioli in Beef Ragu. Don’t forget to save room for dessert, the Como Honey Toast is a must try.
The bar at Como Agua, with its killer views overlooking the sea, is now buzzing even more. Under the expert hand of Head Mixologist and Bar Manager, Aman Dhiman, the curated beverage program truly shines. Aman’s dedication to crafting drinks with precision is evident in each carefully balanced concoction. The new cocktail menu features an array of innovative drinks, each telling a story through its flavors and carefully sourced ingredients from across India. Sip on the sweet and fruity She’s Perfect, a clarified gin cocktail with watermelon, or experience the earthy allure of The Nest, featuring truffle vermouth and a white chocolate egg nestled in vetiver. For a smoky kick, Two Honeybees blends tequila with smoked honey and raw mango pickle juice. The refreshing, The 1 AM Friend combines vodka with prosecco, vanilla, and rambutan, while Shiso Sexy offers a sweet, tropical escape with tequila, rum, and shiso leaf. Patrons can also explore the fruity and aromatic Turn The Page or the woody notes of Slainte (Shlawn – Che), a one-of-a-kind whiskey cocktail with turmeric. And for a truly distinctive experience, try High Tea at Harrods, a sweet and buttery concoction with Tres Leches washed Gin, Kahlua, Campari, black jaggery, and Tres Leches foam. These inventive drinks celebrate indigenous Indian ingredients like sea buckthorn from the Himalayas and vanilla from Kerala paired in unexpectedly refined and imaginative ways.
A pivotal part of Como Agua’s evolution is its dedication to in-house cheese production. Using only fresh A2 milk and absolutely no preservatives or chemicals, this artisanal mozzarella boasts a three-day shelf life, ensuring peak freshness and unparalleled quality in every dish it graces.
