Snoring can disrupt your roommate or partner and your own sleep pattern, it’s a sign of ill health like sinus infection. Here are few way to reduce this habit of snoring and ensure you get a good night’s sleep, take a look:
1. Soy milk:
Dairy products like cow milk increase snoring as it causes allergic reactions which leads to the snores. So, replace it with soy milk to get relief from loud snores.
2.Melatonin rich fruits:
Fruits like oranges, bananas and pineapple are rich in melatonin which will make you sleepy and can improve the quality of your sleep, so have it as a fruit bowl or as fresh juice in the morning to have a sound sleep without the snoring.
3.Ginger and honey tea:
Easily available in the kitchen pantry, ginger has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties that can soothe your throat and reduce snores. Add chopped ginger with honey, tea leaves and hot water, drink this ginger and honey tea daily or twice in a day to get rid of the snoring.
