An easy multi nutritious breakfast, avocado toast just needs five minutes of your morning time. Store the mashed avocado and every morning just toast the pieces of bread and spread the creamy avocado paste on it. You can also add chopped veggies or boiled eggs to enhance the taste.
2. Smoothie Bowl:
Smoothie bowls are the easiest morning meal for everyone. It needs no cooking, no special culinary skills and almost no time. Just blend your favourite pulpy fruits like banana, strawberry, raspberry, with milk, honey and your choice of nuts and the breakfast is ready. You can also add oats or any other millets to it, making it more healthy.
3. French Toast In Mug:
A healthy delight for your morning. French toast in a mug needs an egg, milk, sugar, vanilla essence, cinnamon powder and small cut pieces of bread. All you need to do is mix everything in a mug, add bread cubes into it and microwave it for 90 seconds and your ready-to-eat meal is ready!
4. Breakfast Tacos:
Start your day with a Mexican vibe by taking a bite of tacos. All you need is those crispy tortillas. Add the leftover chicken or beans from last night’s meal, squeeze some sauce and sprinkle some freshly cut veggies and indulge into the crunch.
5. Yoghurt Parfait:
An easy yet healthy breakfast, yoghurt parfait needs no cooking. Scoop in some yoghurt, add granola to it and enjoy your sweet treat. You can also add frozen berries and chia seeds to bring more nutrition to it.
