Try something different for breakfast, swap your usual cereal for chia cereal. To make it, soak the seeds overnight in milk and top it with nuts, fruits of your choice or spices like cinnamon. Add mashed banana and vanilla extract to make this as a delicious morning treat.

If you are always in a hurry, use seeds to make a great go-to snack. An easy and quick no-bake snack, one should eat chia truffles. A great substitute for pectin in jam, chia seeds work well with honey and blueberries to give the sweet taste.
