1. Epsom Salt Soak:
A simple way to detoxify yourself! Add one cup of Epsom salt or sea salt in warm water and soak your feet for 20-30 minutes. Add a few drops of your favourite essential oil for aromatherapy and enjoy a relaxing time. This soak also helps in removing fungal infections. Do not do it if you have any open wound on your feet.
2. Bentonite Clay:
Make a foot mask with Bentonite Clay which not only detoxifies your body but also helps in curbing feet odour. Mix the clay with Apple Cider Vinegar and essential oil to make a thick paste and apply it evenly on your feet. Wash it off once it is completely dry. This clay mask also makes your feet glow.
3. Foot Pad:
Detoxifying foot pads are very useful to remove toxins and unnecessary metals from your body overnight. Mix turmeric powder, green tea powder, ginger powder and lemon together. Apply this mixture on a small patch of cheesecloth and before sleeping attach it on your sole with the help of gauze. Wear socks, so that it doesn’t fall off. Repeat it for a week and you will see the difference.
