Hot drinks during this season is a big NO!
But how to meet the craving for some of our favourite evening beverages like tea?
Going clueless?
Well, we have some alternatives which you can try:
1. Cold Green Tea:
To make cold green tea, boil some green tea leaf in a cup of water and let it simmer for around 10 minutes. Once the leaves are open, let it cool down and mix chilled water and ice cubes with it. Squeeze a lemon and drizzle some honey in it and enjoy your refreshing evening drink with the goodness of green tea. You can also make cold green tea by infusing the leaves for a day in cold water and topping it with ice-cream.
2. Turmeric Milk:
Turmeric milk is a healthy, immunity booster but on a hot summer night, it becomes a challenge to drink it. Give a cool spin with coconut milk. Mix chilled coconut milk with turmeric powder and a pinch of cinnamon powder. Add some honey to it and your turmeric milk is ready. You can also add fruit chunks to it for extra flavour.
3. Tea shake:
Make iced-bubble tea shake for a hot evening. Boil some tea leaves in water and let it cool down. Boil tapioca pearls till they become soft and dip it in a sugar syrup. Mix the tapioca pearl and tea together and top it with some ice-cubes. Drizzle condensed milk into it and enjoy your tea-shake!
