The supermodel and fitness promoter has shared a video clip of himself on his social media handle where he can be seen coming down from the stairs all sweaty while giving us the details of his workout.
Along with the video, Milind wrote how his mom and wife, Ankita Konwar, are maintaining their fitness regime by devoting time in climbing stairs which also is a very good exercise. The man wrote, “4th day of stairclimbing ! Started with 45min and today 85min, so the going is good 💪💪😄 did about 200 floors, which is about 4000 stairs 😃 my mother climbed 30 floors and @ankita_earthy climbed for 85min! #fitfamily” along with the tags like ‘keep going’, ‘keep moving’, ‘fitness addict’ and more.
