Namrata embarked on a mission to make Pilates accessible to all. Despite initial misconceptions and challenges, she steadily popularized this holistic form of exercise throughout India. “Pilates is for everyone,” Namrata asserts, emphasising its adaptability and effectiveness for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Pilates is great on its own but is also a great add-on!
In anticipation of World Health Day, Namrata shares her insights on incorporating Pilates into broader fitness routines and stresses the importance of listening to one’s body. More is not better, she advises, advocating for a balanced approach to exercise that prioritizes quality over quantity. When asked how it feels to train Bollywood celebrities she says, “I love training them, they are some of the most dedicated and hardworking clients, and it’s also fun working with them to achieve different looks for different roles.”
