Take shelter in Yoga with Narendra Modi during the lockdown period to keep yourself healthy and fit.
In the latest episode of the radio programme ‘Man Ki Baat’ which is hosted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, people asked him about his fitness regime, post which PM Modi took to his official Twitter account sharing the link of an animated videos of himself, practising Yoga asanas which are also available in different languages.

Post his video share, PM Modi also wrote about his relationship with Yoga which has been quite beneficial to him, urging everyone to share their fitness regime by stating, “I am neither a fitness expert nor a medical expert. Practising Yoga has been an integral part of my life for many years and I have found it beneficial. I am sure many of you also have other ways of remaining fit, which you also must share with others.”
