Teething is an uncomfortable process for babies which makes them fussy all the time. It also affects the eating pattern of the kids as their gums go sore and many times leads to nutrient deficiency if not taken care.

1.Plain Yoghurt:
Plain yoghurt is good for growing babies. They like the flavour of it and during teething it soothes their sore gums. Yoghurt also is easy to digest and is packed with calcium which is good for teeth.
2.Pureed Meat:
Your kid needs complete food which also means nutrient rich meat. To introduce it into your babies’ diet while they are going through teething is a healthy option. Cook the meat well and make a puree of it. Feed them two-three spoons in a day. Meat has various minerals and vitamins that promote overall wellness.
3.Mashed Fruits/Vegetables:
Try feeding mashed fruits or vegetables to your kids. Go for pulpy fruits like bananas or peaches and mash them well before giving it your baby. You can also feed boiled carrots or broccoli which are nutrient rich and nourish the body.
