Started by the actor turned writer, Twinkle Khanna, the ‘What’s in your Dabba’ challenge is the newest Bollywood craze that is taking over the social media. Many Bollywood celebs including Malaika Arora and Sonali Bendre have posted pictures of their healthy dabbas to show what it takes to maintain a fit body.

1. Akshay Kumar
Thanking his wife for the nomination, Akshay posted a picture of himself enjoying his dabba and wearing a matching T-shirt like Twinkle Khanna. Sharing the picture on Instagram, you can see the actor eat his favourite avocado on toast and chia pudding. He went on to share the recipe of the two dishes with his fans as well. See:
2. Katrina Kaif
The diva revealed the secret behind her physique on Instagram by showing everyone what’s her mid-morning snack. In Katrina’s dabba, you can see Idli with moringa spinach chutney, plain coconut chutney and tomato beetroot chutney. Adding yoghurt to her Idli batter, she has sambhar or rasam with it, if she’s in the mood.
3. Bhumi Pednekar
Enjoying her nutritious meal, Bhumi shared a picture of her dabba on social media as well. Her dabba contained avocado and chicken salad, almond flour roti, chicken curry, stir fried mushrooms and tofu isabgol tikka.
