Previously, Zack Snyder helmed ‘Man of Steel’ and ‘Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice’ but during the post-production of ‘Justice League’, he left the movie in the middle due to a family tragedy. Later on, the production house roped in Joss Whedon, best known for ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’. His entry toned down the DC movies and the result was seen at the worldwide box office too.
Along with the tweet, Warner Bros’ parent company WarnerMedia released a statement where Zack Snyder thanked the studio for deciding to release his version of the movie on HBO Max in 2021. Also, Ray Fisher, Jason Momoa and Henry Cavill lauded the efforts of the DC fans and the studio for this decision on social media.
