Ayushmann Khurrana is back on screen with another hard-hitting film with a dose of entertainment. After his outstanding performances in the movies like ‘Vicky Donor’, ‘Shubh Mangal Saavdhan’ and ‘Bala’, that dealt with some unconventional topics that no one ever touched in the film industry, Ayushmann’s new movie ‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan’ is about homosexual love and throwing a light on the homophobic society.
The much-awaited movie trailer opens with Ayushmann being questioned by a man who rather than using the word ‘Gay’ and accepting the fact, says “Kab decide kiya, ki ye banoge?” and you can see the hesitation and deeply rooted misconception among the people about homosexuality.
With everyone talking about homosexuality, denoting it as “disease”, the trailer also has many funny moments while delivering an important message to society. From forced marriage to a girl to the entire family going against a man’s love interest, the movie has elements from real-life situations.
A rom-com movie with a twist also has background music ‘Pyar Bina Chain Kahan Re’ and ends with the iconic scene of ‘DDLJ’.
The movie has a great cast with ‘Kota Factory’ fame Jitendra Kumar,Neena Gupta, Gajraj Rao and Pankhuri Awasthy, spinning a fresh story for the audience. And above all, we are totally crushing over the nose ring of Ayushmann Khurrana who is pulling off his look brilliantly (When will this guy stop amazing us!).
Hitesh Kewalya directorial, ‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan’ will hit the theatres on 21 February and we are super excited for this new movie.
