After conceiving her first child, Izhaan Mallick, Sania had put on a lot of weight which she called to be a normal phenomenon which every mom goes through and was hailed by many women for embracing the changes, boldly.
The ace Indian tennis player, post her son’s birth, hit the gym and through her social media kept us updated on her weight loss journey. Giving a small glimpse of her transformational voyage, Sania shared a picture on her Instagram handle where we can see the two different avatars of her.
Encouraging everyone to follow their dream while talking about her determination in achieving a healthy and fit body, Sania wrote, “89 kilos vs 63 🙃 we all have goals.. everyday goals and long term goals .. take pride in each one of those .. it took me 4 months to achieve this goal of mine, to get back to being healthy and fit after having a baby .. feels like such a long way.to come back and regain fitness and being able to compete at the highest level again ..
