Ronaldo shared a video on Instagram where he was using his two children as weights while doing crunches. While the Portugal captain attempted to continue with his workout, his kids climbed on top of him. Much to the children’s delight, the player first lifted his daughter into the air with his right arm while doing crunches, before lifting his son with his left arm. Seems like the trio loved this new way of exercising!
