Royal Challengers Bangalore has named Australia’s best leg spinner Adam Zampa as a replacement of Australian pacer Kane Richardson, who pulled out of the Indian Premier League (IPL) starting 19 September in the UAE.
Due to the birth of his child, Richardson has opted out of the tournament and Zampa is included in the squad. On Twitter, RCB announced this news and well, fans are happy with the new entrant!

Missing out on Kane Richardosn’s swift bowling action, Adam Zampa’s entry into RCB will definitely strengthen the team’s spin attack alongside Yuzvendra Chahal, Washington Sundar, Moeen Ali and Pawan Negi.
Also, this is Zampa’s second IPL but first with RCB. His maturity and experience is a bonus for the team and well, the slow pitches at the UAE will aid him too. Now, the young squad is aiming for a better tournament and giving out their best performance in every match.
