Seems like Virat Kohli can’t wait for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 to get underway. After a lot of work behind the scenes, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced that IPL is scheduled to be played from 19 September to 10 November in the UAE.
The Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) captain shared pictures on social media, using clock and hourglass emoji to show that the countdown has begun. In the pictures, he posted one picture with his partner in crime, AB De Villiers and another, wherein Virat Kohli is celebrating with his teammates.
Having a strong lineup of players, RCB has not won a single edition of IPL in the 12 year history of the tournament despite reaching the finals thrice. But now, Kohli & Co. are all set to come out with guns blazing to kick off the IPL 2020 campaign in style.
