2020 hasn’t been a good year for us, waking up to negative news almost every month this year. Instead of letting the bad energy take over us and make us demotivated, one needs to stay focused. In a blink of an eye, we’re at the end of the year and December is here, make the best of it. To stay motivated at the last 30 days of 2020, here are a few things you can do, take a look:
1.Set Rewards For Yourself:
Reward yourself with small or big things while making your work a little harder and keep you on the toes to do better. Like if you make it to the gym for at least 20 times in a month, buy a pair of shoes. Reward yourself when you’ve truly earned it!
2.To-do List:
Having a to-do list you need to complete might sound unappealing to few but in reality, it’s super helpful! Not only does it help you to keep track of the uncompleted tasks but helps you prioritize what’s important and you can organize your day around it. What’s the best part of it? Crossing off completed tasks, gives you a strong sense of satisfaction and accomplishment.
3.Be Active:
The perfect way to feel energized and focused is exercise and for this, you don’t have to be a gym junkie. Just engage in a morning jog or pilates to start your day on the right foot. If you struggle to find time in your busy schedule for a workout, just take a lunchtime walk, clears your head and leaves you feeling happier with a sense of motivation.
4.Take A Break:
When you have deadlines, you tend to work long hours without any break but that’s not good. To stay focused and motivated to complete it, go for a walk or a 15 minute coffee break away from your desk to recharge or listen to some soothing music with your eyes closed. It’ll keep you fresh, you’ll have new perspectives on things and also boosts your overall wellbeing.
