Maybe that’s why Pooja called it “Channeling my inner happy-go-lucky dolphin today”.
2. Salamba Sarvangasana:
Thanking her Insta fam for 11 million followers, Pooja shared a special post while doing a shoulder stand or salamba sarvangasana. This yoga pose, no doubtedly strengthens your core and also helps in improving your eyesight. A bit difficult to pull off but you can always start with a little support and soon you’ll be excelling it.
3. Virabhadrasana III:
Captioning her picture as “Next up.. take the other foot off the ground and fly off into the sunset.. ✈️” Pooja was seen acing Virabhadrasana III which is all about balancing your body well. It not only calms your body and mind but also improves your focus along with strengthening the core and legs.
