West Ham Football Club which was in dire need of an expert defender in the 2020-21 season of Premier League has signed the experienced name of Watford Football Club Craig Dawson on a season-long loan.
The 30-year-old athlete is a quality player of Watford who has made 184 Premier League appearances till date with 14 goals in a career that started at an age of 17 from Northern Premier League side Radcliffe Borough.
Thrilled about the deal with a match around the corner, Craig was all praises about his new team as he stated: “I can’t wait to get started and share my experience. We’ve got a lot of experienced lads here anyway and to be joining this group of players is an exciting prospect, so I can’t wait.” and hoped to see the fans back at the stadium soon.
Manager of West Ham David Moyes welcomed Dawson by stating: “It’s no secret that we have been trying to add more quality to the squad in defensive positions, not only for the longer-term but also to ensure we are well protected right now, and the opportunity bring in Craig on loan was an addition that will make the group stronger through this period.” and the speculation is that he might make the transfer of Craig permanent by the end of 2020-21 season.
