Indian skipper Virat Kohli is the run machine for the team, to achieve this he has put incredible effort into his fitness and diet. The transition of his body from 2013 till date is nothing short of phenomenal.
The 30 year-old has turned vegetarian and has never felt better in his life. He specified about this after watching Netflix’s 2018 documentary Game Changers, via a tweet. The documentary is based on how an injured UFC fighter travels the world and talks to elite athletes who follow plant based diets.
