Kareena Kapoor Khan, the zero-figure lady was into Pilates post pregnancy. Before Taimur, Kareena said in an interview how she enjoyed every moment of her pregnancy and didn’t pay any heed to what people said about her weight gain or double chin.
But later, she made sure that she took every step in control and didn’t overdo either exercising or sticking to a diet plan. Consistent workouts which included hard cardio, weight training and the deadly Pilates along with hale and hearty diet helped Kareena get back in shape and glow like her usual self.

Lisa Haydon came back to her pre-pregnancy weight with such simplicity as if there was no weight gain at all! Two months after she gave birth to her son Zach Lalvani, she shared a sparkling picture of her where she looked as sizzling as she was always been.
The actor, like many other actors in Bollywood, is a doting lover of Pilates and healthy food. Along with that, she stated in one of her Instagram posts about how breastfeeding has played a vast role in getting in shape after giving birth to Zach.

Kim Kardashian West has superbly said she’s ‘confident in her bounce back game’ in reference to shedding pregnancy weight after delivery—now, she’s attesting that when it comes to cracking back, no one does it quite like a Kardashian. After giving birth to her and Kanye West’s second child, Saint, in December, the star has lost a significant 70 pounds. And she did it the old-fashioned way: By refurbishing her diet and working out really hard.

‘I think dieting is so important to weight loss, whereas, I didn’t really ever think that before, ’Kim told in an interview. ‘I thought, ‘Oh, I can work out, I can just eat whatever I want.’ But you have to work out all the time.’

Sportswoman Serena Williams opened up about her scuffle to lose weight after having her daughter Olympia. In a conversation, the 36-year-old mother of one said she’d thought breastfeeding would help her slim down.
She also said, ‘I was vegan, I didn’t eat sugar. I was totally eating completely healthily and I wasn’t at the weight that I would have been had I not breastfed.’
5. Sania Mirza
The poster girl of Indian tennis, Sania Mirza, is now back to bring herself in shape post-pregnancy. The 32-year-old gave birth to son Izhaan Mirza-Malik on October 30. However, what is more, surprising is she has started to hit the gym and was seen lifting weights. Sania posted the Tweet on October 16, which means within 15 days of giving birth, the tennis ace has got into a rigorous exercise routine. No doubt celebs are highly concerned about their bodies.
She posted a photo and wrote, ‘Went to the gym after weeks/months yesterday first times since I had my baby… I was excited like a kid in a candy shop it’s going to be one long and a fun road back mentally and physically!! gotta start somewhere so why not on my birthday #Day1.’
