Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas announced the 2021 Oscar nominations and a few surprises came along the way!
The first Indian to announce the Academy Awards nominees, this moment was more special as PC announced that ‘The White Tiger’ has been nominated for an Oscar under the ‘Best Adapted Screenplay’ category alongside ‘Borat 2’, ‘The Father’, ‘Nomadland’ and ‘One Night In Miami’.
Over the moon, Priyanka took to Instagram to express her happiness and wrap her head around the Oscar nomination. Starring in the movie and as the executive producer of ‘The White Tiger’, she congratulated the entire team especially the director and writer, Ramin Bahrani.
Airing on 25 April and everyone’s waiting to know who will take the Oscar home but till then here are the Academy Awards nominees under various categories which were announced by Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas.
