With a change in our styling finesse due to the advent of winter, our hair is facing the worst. From making our mane overly dry to dandruff prone, the cold weather takes a toll on our hairstyles.
And as winter rises to its full charm, beanies and caps become necessary, giving our head warmth but ruining the hairdo. And hat hair or flat crown is not restricted to a few of us. Without any discrimination, it happens to all the cap-wearers.
Since to keep yourself safe from the hit of cold, you can’t give up the warm accessories, we have some home remedies to keep your hair bouncy and free from limping even after wearing a cap.
Take a look:
1. Stimulating Shampoo:
Go for stimulating shampoos which have essential oils like peppermint or tea tree that increases the blood circulation in the hair follicle and prevents the hair from going flat. These shampoos also promote hair growth and fight dryness.
2. Dry Your Hair First:
If you have washed your hair, don’t wear your hat immediately. Let your mane dry off completely then only put your cap. Wet hair under the cap makes you susceptible to cold and takes its own sweet time in drying, making your hair take a particular shape which can not be managed easily.
3. Use Dry Shampoo:
Always carry a dry shampoo in your bag. If your scalp becomes way too oily, use it and give volume to your mane. Dry shampoo works like magic on the hair but don’t be a frequent user of it. You can also try back combing of hair to give it a volumized look.
