Joker always wins!
Weeks back when ‘Joker’ trailer was dropped, the world went crazy by getting a glimpse of the journey of a man in the society of Gotham. Todd Phillips directorial movie ‘Joker’ is focused on the story of the famous archenemy of Batman, showing the transformation of a stand-up comedian into a deadly criminal.
The standalone movie based on DC villain was premiered at the Venice Film Festival recently. Apart from winning the hearts, ‘Joker’ also received the highest honour of the festival. Winning the Golden Globe at the 76 Film Festival, ‘Joker’ came in as a surprise win for everyone (Well, that’s what Joker does).

Earlier when the movie was premiered at the Venice Film Festival, it received an eight-minute standing ovation for the brilliant approach of showcasing the story of a society-driven madman who turns into an agent of anarchy, trying to upset every societal setup.

Upon receiving one of the most prestigious awards, Todd Phillips was taken by surprise and stated, “I feel a lot of emotions, I wasn’t sure if people would have understood what we were trying to do with @jokermovie. Now I’m sure everyone here has understood. We are very proud of this film”

‘Joker’ will be released worldwide on 4 October, finally revealing us the reason behind that smiling face, telling us about the push that Arthur Fleck encountered to give rise to such madness.
The appreciation that ‘Joker’ has been receiving all the while, now the director is expecting it on the top positions of Oscar Awards.
