Coming up with an innovative way to promote his upcoming production venture of Netflix web series ‘Betaal’, Shah Rukh Khan has announced a competition for his fans!
Making it a fun, creative and spooky contest, this is a way to channel one’s inner filmmaking and to show their skills by shooting an indoor movie with an element of horror to it, keeping in mind about the nationwide lockdown. The winners will get to virtually meet the actor too, once in a lifetime opportunity!
King Khan posted about this on his social media platforms. While accepting this challenge, one needs to use any camera available, a prop that can be used spookily but has to be readily available at home and it can be a solo project or have multiple people provided that one follows the social distancing guidelines.
Al the movies will be judged by Red Chillies team that includes Viineet Kumar, Aahana Kumra, director Patrick Graham and producer Gaurav Verma. The last day to send out the indoor horror movie by 18 May on a mentioned mail id. Three winners will get to be on a video call with Shah Rukh Khan and the ‘Betaal’ team.
