Indian defence has taken a step forward towards women empowerment. And Indian Air Force’s Wing Commander, Anjali Singh becoming the country’s first woman military diplomat at an Indian mission abroad, is the living proof of it!

As a defence envoy, Singh will represent the country and the chief of the Air Force in defence and military related matters to a foreign government. She will assist in cooperation, procurement and training and act as military advisors to the high commissioners of countries they represent.
Anjali’s 17 years of service as an officer and her training on MiG-29 aircraft, is the result of her becoming the first female Indian Armed Forces Officer. This is the outcome of her hard work and passion to serve the nation.
