The name Radhika Apte reminds us of profound, unique and some elegant performances. The actor, who was seen in a small role in Vaah! Life Ho Toh Aisi has certainly come a long way. She has been around for over a decade with her selection of roles and her turning into a style muse, making headlines.
Her Acting Graph
She has delivered classy acts in films like Shor in the City, Badlapur, Hunterr, Manjhi, Kabali, Parched and Padman. Her short films including Ahalya and Phobia left many wondering where she was all this while. Radhika has also become a vital part of Netflix India by being a part of two of Netflix series- Sacred Games and Ghoul.
When asked in an interview whether her unconventional choice of films was a certain strategy or a plan, the actor said, ‘I don’t have a strategy nor do I work with plans. If somebody approaches me with a script that I like, I just do it.’
She further said, ‘There are many reasons why I chose a film. Mainly it’s the script that would make me chose a film. Sometimes I chose it because I need the popularity. Sometimes it could be for the money or maybe I just love the character so I am doing it. A spiced-up multi starter film can be really enjoyable. So I would definitely want to do it. I always insist on reading the script and then I decide if I like the stars, the money or the script. I haven’t restricted myself to doing this or that. I just have a few principles and not evading those, I am open to everything else. I want to do everything.’
Her Fashion Sense

Her Personal Life
Daughter to a pair of doctors, acting was not the conventional choice for Radhika. She chose to take up a field that wasn’t very familiar, at the same time, filled with struggle. Radhika then took up a course in London where she met her then boyfriend, now husband.
