The début of Quentin Tarantino’s new film Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is only a day left, and the director forwarded an appeal to Twitter on Monday morning.
Dear Cannes onlookers, please — please — do not spoil whatever troubles Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Margot Robbie get into in the film. ‘I love Cinema. You love Cinema,’ Tarantino wrote in a text posted to the movie’s official Twitter account. ‘It’s the journey of discovering a story for the first time. I’m thrilled to be here in Cannes to share Once Upon a Time … in Hollywood with the festival audience. The cast and crew have worked hard to create something original.’

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is set in the late 1960s, and stars DiCaprio and Pitt as an actor and his stunt double, one-to-one. Robbie is portraying Sharon Tate.
Everybody has to wait until Once Upon a Time’s July release to see closely what mysteries Tarantino is trying to keep.
Maybe some cool heretical past? What do you think?
