Working out for long but not seeing much effect?

Rely on some pre-workout food which burns extra fat more effectively and help you achieve the goals that you have been aiming for since long.

Try these food items:

1. Fruits and Nuts:

Munch on a handful of nuts and a bowl of fruits before your workout. Giving your body an extra jolt of energy, fruits and nuts help in filling your stomach for a longer hour. Being light on your stomach, they keep your body calm even while doing heavy exercise and nourish your muscles which increases your stamina.

2. Omelette:

Have an omelette before starting your workout. Filled with lean protein, it helps in keeping your muscle free from fatigue and gives your body an appropriate amount of energy. You can also opt for boiled eggs without yolk with a full slice of wheat bread.

3. Yoghurt:

Yoghurt is a good source of carbohydrate and energy. Have a few spoons of yoghurt before your sweat out session with oatmeals and fruits to improve your stamina to work out for a longer time. It also helps in curbing your munching habit and keeps your body hydrated.

4. Protein Shake:

Have a glass full of protein shake and stay pumped up during the workout. Your muscles are made up of protein and having a protein shake before rigorous exercise nourishes your body and leads to the growth of your body muscles which ultimately cuts the extra fat.
