India’s second largest airlines, Jet Airways, was recently shut down due to bankruptcy and was a controversial matter. The famous Indian stand-up comedian, Kenny Sebastian, recently posted a stand-up comedy video on his YouTube Channel, about the matter, and within a few minutes, it reached millions of views.
Taking a dig at the airline, he said that while he was at the airport for his flight, Jet airways combined two flights into one and thought no one would notice. After which, around 300 people got anxious on how their ticket got cancelled. He also took to his twitter handle immediately and wrote, ‘So @jetairways Flight 412 BLR-BOM cancels their 8am flight, then puts them all on the 8:55am flight. Flight is completely overbooked; everyone is going crazy. Could have been easily avoided if they had informed everyone through texts. 300 people stranded. Next flight at 5pm.’

Best part is they made it sound like it was the passengers fault.
“You haven’t checked in, so your seat isn’t assured.”
“Yeah but you do that to avoid losses if people don’t show up last minute, you can’t say that to passengers who show up 2 hours early.”
“Flight is full.”

A simple text would have sufficed to book an alternate flight.
Thank god I didn’t have a show today. Imagine disappointing 1000+ people with a flight delay excuse.Precautions like booking early flights won’t help if @jetairways doesn’t inform through calls or text.#9W412 #BLRBOM— Kenny Sebastian (@knowkenny) March 12, 2019
Saw four people in line next to me get rejected even though they web checked in and came for a bag drop. They had boarding passes in their hands. @jetairways https://t.co/GgQypMvVuT

Got pushed to the 5pm flight.
I don’t want preferential treatment. You could have avoided incredible inconvenience to your customers by informing them or atleast being apologetic to the passengers instead of directing blame.
Also, warning my followers to avoid your airlines. https://t.co/gRHTGwzDlx

He further said that the airlines made a mistake of giving him facilities by offering him blanket because he misses that comfort in other airlines. He says when I asked the air-hostess of Indigo, she says, ‘We don’t have a blanket.’

His honesty is definitely appreciated.
