Gym is the second home of Bollywood stars.
They are always asked about their fitness routines and few of the celebs even share videos of sweating it out on their social media.
One of the actors who did the same is Alia Bhatt.

Uploading a ten minute Vlog on her Youtube Channel, the actress shows her fitness mantra.
A glimpse into what exactly her daily workout regime looks like, you can see Alia put in all her energy and you’re bound to get inspired by it.
In the intense workout session with her trainer Sohrab, Alia wears black tights, sports shoes and white tee with neon sports bra. Looking all charged up, she does a one hour hard core training session. This includes skipping, squats, plank hold, gorilla hops, mountain climbers, treadmill, cardio exercises and much more.
