The IPL 2020 playoffs are just one match away and yet, one doesn’t know what the last four lineup looks like. Tonight’s match between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Mumbai Indians is the deciding one, it’s going to be a good night!
Making it a little easier, last night’s game between Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Delhi Capitals (DC) in Dubai was one-of-kind. RCB lost the game by six wickets but due to its net run rate, the team qualified with DC and have filled up the top three spots.
DC won the toss and put RCB to bat, who struggled with the bat by just putting up 150 odd runs on the scoreboard. DC’s boys, Anrich Nortje and Ajinkya Rahane stole the game easily from RCB by helping their team win the match and get 16 points on the table that made them qualify for the playoffs by taking in the second spot.
Not a win for RCB but their previous games in the IPL has helped the team qualify for the playoffs. After three long years, the team has reached the last four and well, Virat Kohli and co. are ready to give their best shot to lift the cup, this year!
But for now, this is what the points table of IPL 2020 looks like:
