Sunday evening was stars-aligned at the world’s most anticipated music awards, Grammy Awards 2019. The Grammys always play host to some of the award seasons most spendthrift and ludicrous styles, but this year may well have taken the cake as far as inexplicable clothing choices.
From the puzzlingly huge shoulders to the monstrous ensemble, there was no dearth of uncanny garments on the red carpet at the dazzling event.
Hollywood figures bemused on the music awards red carpet putting their chic foot forward as Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus and Camilla Cabello hit the high notes with their elegance while Katy Perry and Kylie Jenner clearly squandered it.
Here are our favourites with their bizarre outfits from the night.
Lady Gaga
In a strapless Celine by Hedi Slimane, Lady Gaga plainly stunned at the Grammy Awards Red Carpet. She heavily decorated her pewter dress with more than 10 carats of princess-cut earrings and necklet was close to 91 carats which took more than a year to make.
Camilla Cabello
In Armani Prive’s Flamingo pink dress and Harry Winston danglers, Camilla dazed in her filled size dress.
Kylie Jenner
The fashion chic looked like a beautiful pink muddle in a pink pantsuit. The Balmain design highlighted a flared collar top which led to a pair of pink gloves and pants. She teamed it up with a silver strap and a pair of similar pink heels.
Miley Cyrus
In a double piece king-size Mugler pantsuit, Miley shook the all-black look like a boss lady with her chest-baring jacket and cropped splayed pants.
Katy Perry
Katy Perry was the human form of a Barbie Doll or perhaps a pie in a utopian pink inflated skirt. Though her hair and makeup curved enough heads, her outfit was trolled severely on social media.
Cardi B
In an antiquated Mugler design, the rapper looked melodramatic as ever. The gown featured a bauble nude bodysuit and a black skirt which beheld as it blossomed out of a clamshell.
Apart from the dress, the gem belt, the blushing pink gloves, a big pearl collar necklace and a pearl beehive on of her head and a 28-carat drop earrings finished the look.
Anyone up for such outfits?
