We are so used to Hinglish that there are times even we start wondering whether certain daily use terms are of Indian origin or English and what could be the appropriate hindi word for it.
And since the mouth mask has become mandatory, many curious souls are on a voyage to find the perfect hindi word for it. But thanks to Big B who chose to enlighten us with his finding.
Amitabh Bachchan giving peace to our queer brain shared a monochrome image on his social media handle where he can be seen wearing a mask flaunting the print of his movie ‘Gulabo Sitabo’ poster. Apart from his quirky mask, Senior Bachchan’s caption grabbed our eyeballs.
With all the excitement and enthusiasm Big B wrote, “मिल गया ! मिल गया ! मिल गया !
बहुत परिश्रम के बाद , MASK का अनुवाद मिल गया !
After a lot of hard work by Ef Vb, he did the translation of ‘MASK’, in Hindi :
*”नासिकामुखसंरक्षक कीटाणुरोधक वायुछानक वस्त्रडोरीयुक्तपट्टिका ! 😂
nasikamukhsanrakshak keetaanurodhak vayuchanak vastrdoriyuktpattika 🤣🤣🤣”, telling us the hindi word for mask.
No doubt we have added one more info to our brain, however, we think we still would stick with the word ‘MASK’.
But Thanks Big B!
