Bananas, the favourite fruit of every bachelor and also minions, are also one of the most nutritious fruits that no one can overlook. Though we are blessed with such full-filling fruit, the shelf life of bananas are really bad, forcing you to consume it within a day or two (quite impossible!).
So what to do with the bunch of bananas?

1.Banana Fritter:
A crispy tasty treat for your palate, banana fritters can be made quickly to ease your hunger pangs. All you need is overripe bananas and flour. Mash a few bananas, mix them with flour and water, add sugar or salt according to your choice and deep fry them. Serve them with either sugar syrup glaze or chaat masala and your tea accompaniment is ready.
2.Banana Pancakes:
Pancakes are the easiest food that even a kitchen noobie can cook. Give your pancakes a healthy twist by adding banana puree to it. Serve it with banana slices and we bet you’re gonna love it.
3.Banana Jaggery Pudding:
One of the easiest ways to combine two of the healthy sweets, banana jaggery pudding can be prepared in just 15 minutes or less with minimum effort. Melt some jaggery in a pan, add banana slices to it. Add spices like cinnamon or cardamon according to your choice and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Once done, serve it after your meal and everyone will relish this version of bananas. You can also serve it with ice cream or waffles.
4.Banana Smoothie:
When bananas go all mushy, add them to your smoothie! A healthy way to consume bananas mixed with other nutritious food. You can also add nuts to it and enjoy your freshly prepared rich milkshake at home.
