Just two weeks after Union Minister of State for Railways, Suresh Angadi was diagnosed with coronavirus, he passed away after developing complications due to the viral infection. The MP from Belgavi in Karnataka from BJP was under medical care at AIIMS Trauma Centre. As a mark of tribute, the Home Ministry has decided that the national flag will be flown at half-mast in all government offices for a day.
