It’s the Season! It is time to party! The Season of Joie de vivre!
It’s the season when we all love to party, party hard … and then a little more.
We the people. We need party nights. Whether you’re spending your nights in the crowded streets of New Delhi, Mumbai, London or New York, or following the call of Ibiza, the urge and need to get some fun time out in India or internationally is the same. The options are countless, the destinations are diverse, but all of us have just one goal: paint the town red over the weekend!
Partying gets us to get up and go meet old friends, make new ones and uplifts our spirits. A decent night out and as soon as the first beers are emptied, our conscience is swimming in alcohol-wanting to be drowned. It makes us happy…. and happiness is healthy. Dancing all night long or an invigorating karaoke session is surely healthier when you’ve had a rough week and now it’s over and done with. As time usually flies during club nights, you might not even notice what an extensive workout you’ve had.
Partying certainly offers great stress relief. Our involvement in important tasks and responsibilities and the everyday hustle we go through makes us imbalanced, easily irritated and less patient. In order to maintain a balance, we need our time to release stress. A night out with the lads is one of the best stress buster – after all, what is better than a Boys/Girls night out, letting yourself loose in the energized streets of a party area ??
Partying helps boost your social life. As you gather the right people around you, you feel at ease and comfortable that makes you happy. A good night out gives you memories for a lifetime. In the words of Jackson Brown Jr: “When you look back on your life, you’ll regret the things you didn’t do more than the ones you did.”
A good chance meeting with a member of the opposite sex boosts your energy levels tremendously. That heady feeling! That rush of blood to your face! It’s honest good adrenaline pumping. That feeling of float !! How can honest playful flirting not be good for your health? You tend to take care of your appearances, dress up well and aim to impress. Life itself is a party- dress like it! What adds to all this is that when you meet a special person in the bar or go home with your significant other, chances are that you will be motivated for another very private work out to round up the night.
Further on, as the evening progresses, kissing burns calories and it will upswing your oxytocin levels, reducing stress even further. You never know what you miss, if you’re going to miss the party!
A nice well-made drink with the right people now and then certainly has more advantages it does harm. Moderately consumed alcohol could actually help lower your risk of heart disease and stroke and increases the dopamine in your brain. Red wine may even help your cardiovascular health. A good wine should always start and end with a smile!
The Mexicans have made one of the greatest contributions to party lifeand must be commended for this!
One Tequila
Two Tequila
Three Tequila
Floor!
Take life with a grain of salt, a slice of lemon and a shot of Tequila.
Do we hear another call for another round of shots!
What can one say of the night out work out- dancing! Dancing on a regular basis can actually really increase the health of your heart and lungs.
You enjoy that exhilarating feeling even as you burn between 150 and 200 calories during a half hour of good dancing. Apart from that, it is said that dancing lowers the risk of dementia and osteoporosis, provides an aerobic workout and releases endorphins, giving you a natural high – the natural way.
A good life is a collection of happy moments. The overall happiness factor of party nights is more than evident. Happiness is the best medicine, the best cure and the best precaution. Happiness is healthy! Life’s simple when the only decision you need to make is bottle or glass?
When you are surrounded by lovely positive people, pumping music and a cosy atmosphere your heart will open up and your body will certainly thank you for that. If you gather the right company around you, party time is a whole lot of fun. Laughing helps burn up calories. Looking at the benefits of laughter, a night out with a few unhealthy drinks can drastically put, still be healthier than drowning in loneliness in front of the TV with a salad on your sofa.
It doesn’t matter in which way you enjoy your party, going wild to pounding bass, long talks at a fireplace or singing some guilty pleasure karaoke hits in the local pub nearby. What’s important is that you get out and celebrate your life. The endorphins in your body will lead to higher immunity, better metabolism, glowing skin, healthy hair, and an improved outlook on life.
As we flow into the new year, we must at the same time reflect inwards.
You can learn from our experiences and be more aware of yourself, make a fresh start, and move forward with a purposeful and hopeful attitude. Choosing to look to the future with hope and optimism gives us the opportunity to make wiser decisions. The conscious awareness with a powerful dose of optimism for the future will create an empowering mindset. Create the Body beautiful. Mind beautiful will follow.
Every experience becomes new, and we are free to approach it as we choose to live in the moment. Empower yourself via optimism, and you will have given yourself a fresh start today.
Now, Since the party, you must, party healthy.
Realise that excess of everything is bad and that certainly applies to alcohol!
Don’t drink on an empty stomach. Exercise the evening before, Exercise the morning after. Regulate the number of drinks. Drink plenty of water. Then drink even more water.
Above all, do not drink and drive. Call an Uber if there is no designated driver. There nothing worse than an inebriated driver at the back of a wheel. Party safe, drive safe.
Enjoy every moment. There are so many things to do and so little time!
Live the party.
Love the party
Be the party!
