A YouTuber is all set to host a late-night show on NBC! Now that’s a big leap to success one would call but not when we are talking about the Superwoman, Lilly Singh.
Replacing Carson Daly on NBC’s late-night show that ran for 17 years, called Last Call with Carson Daly, Lilly will be the only woman having a late-night show on a major networking more than three decades. Her show will be called, ‘A Little Late with Lilly Singh’.

Lilly Singh, 30,raised to fame in 2010 when she came up with her YouTube channel ‘Superwoman,’ where she posted funny videos. The channel today has 14.5 million subscribers and boasts nearly three billion total views.
A Canadian born to Indian parents, Lilly is all set to start her show that will be followed after Seth Meyers’ show in the broadcast. Seth Meyers too joined Jimmy and welcomed her into the NBC family.
Talking about her new show she said, ‘it will be kind of like my YouTube channel,’ she added, ‘I think it’s a little awesome for an Indian Canadian woman to be on a late-night show.’ Lilly thanked all the women who have been before her and are currently in the space for paving the way.
A Little Late with Lilly Singh premieres in September on NBC.
