Sri Lankan national cricket team is all geared up to leave for their tour to Carribeans. Team will leave for Antigua on 23 February, 2021 to play matches covering all formats of the game.
Starting from 3 March, 2021, the teams will play three T20Is, three ODIs, and two Test matches, under a bio-secure environment and conclude the tour on 2 April.

Meanwhile, South African cricketer Faf Du Plessis has announced his retirement from the Test cricket format. In a statement posted over his social media handle, the batsman also wrote, “It has been a year of refinement in the fire for us all. Uncertain were the times, but they brought clarity for me in many respects. My heart is clear and the time is right to walk into a new chapter. It has been an honour to play for my country in all the formats of the game, but the time has come for me to retire from Test cricket.” as he went down the memory lane of his cricket career.
