When Joker said “Monsters Don’t Sleep under your bed, they sleep inside your head”, we all resonated with his thought. And after years, Canadian singer Shawn Mendes and Justin Bieber have addressed it.
The much awaited song for which both the grand names of the music industry were vouching for the past few weeks is finally here and is definitely a soothing number with deep meanings.
Collaborating for the first time, the two pop singers have brought a dark song ‘Monster’ where they both talk about their fears and its effect on their life.
The song has several words that are associated with ‘failing’ like ‘tripping’, ‘sin’ and more which is making the netizens wonder if Bieber is confronting his dark past and accepting the bane of fame.
Directed by Colin Tilley, the song has a low-lit and foggy background that sits well with the lyrics and the pleasant music of occasional drum beats.
Apart from ‘Monster’, Shawn Mendes is also releasing his next album titled ‘Wonder’ on 4 December.
