The first trailer of musical feature film ‘Hamilton’ is dropped today ahead of its worldwide premiere on Disney+.
The musical movie revolves around the story of the Founding Father of America, Alexander Hamilton and how the mix of hip-hop, jazz and broadway music paved a path for today’s America. Showing the impact of music on the culture, politics and education of the country, the trailer brings in theatrical performances, making us relive the American history with full-fledged feel.
Capturing the dreams, ideologies, and foundation on which America is built, the trailer will also bust the myths that surround the American history.
The film features Lin-Manuel Miranda in the lead and is the adaptation of stage performance which received a lot of accolades in the year 2016. Director Tommy Kail has directed both stage and film versions of the story which is credited to be one of the finest plays of today’s era.
The ‘Hamilton’ will be released on 3 July, a day ahead of the Independence Day of the USA on Disney+.
