Is your favorite lipstick or blush broken?
Well, don’t throw them!
You can easily fix them with the help of a few household materials and enjoy it once again in full glory.
Find it out how:
1. Blush:
Restore the charm of your favourite blush! Scrap the entire blush and crush it (even the parts that are not broken). Fill it back in the box and add a few drops of rubbing alcohol to it. Press and smoothen it with the backside of a spoon or spatula and leave it for a while. Your blush is back to normal!
2. Mascara:
Struggling with your dried mascara, which is giving your eyelashes a clumsy spidery look? Add a few drops of eye drop or contact lens solution to the mascara bottle and shake it well. Once again your mascara will be smooth and fluid, making your lashes happy. Alternatively you can also add a blob of aloe vera gel for an organic approach to your makeup!
3. Lipstick:
One of the most fragile parts of your makeup, lipstick, breaks quite often and then we all go clueless about what to do with our favourite lip shade. Well, fix it! Even out the base of broken lipstick and warm it up. Do the same with the broken part and stick them together. Freeze it and your lipstick is back to life. You can also melt out the entire thing and store in an empty eye shadow box.
4. Nail Paint:
Drying of nail paint is the most common sight! Fix it with acetone! Add a few drops of acetone in the nail paint bottle and shake it well. Add more if you still find the consistency to be thick and apply!
