Fan went into tizzy when the handsome hunk of Indian cricket team, Rishabh Pant, expressed as well as revealed the girl he dating on Instagram captioning it – ‘I just want to make you happy because you are the reason I am so happy.’ His lady love, Isha Negi, too shared the same photo on her Instagram and captioned it, ‘My man, my soulmate, my best friend, the love of my life.’
This new-age cricketer has definitely broken the norm and has gone public with his love life unlike the other sports-star who often keep their relationships hidden under the mat. According to her Instagram bio, she is an entrepreneur and an interior decor designer. She was a student in Convent of Jesus and Mary in New Delhi and has also studied from Amity University.
Rishabh Pant had shot to fame for his commendable performance during the IPL 2018, he was bought by Delhi Daredevils for Rs 1.9 crore on February 6, 2016. Just in his third game of his IPL season, Rishabh Pant made 69 runs from 40 balls and gave Delhi an eight-wicket victory over Gujarat Lions. He made his maiden IPL half-century off 25 balls. In the 2017 season, he scored 97 runs in 43 balls against Gujrat lions, again, in Delhi on 4 May.
In May 2018, during the 2018 Indian Premier League, Rishabh scored 128 not out from 63 balls against the Sunrisers Hyderabad, making the second highest individual score by an Indian cricketer in a Twenty20 match, surpassing the previous record held by Murali Vijay and behind Virender Sehwag who scored 134 in Masters Champions League. He then eventually finished as the second highest run-scorer in the series from either side, after Cheteshwar Pujara (521), amassing 350 runs at an average of over 58 with 159 not out being his highest score which he managed in the final Test.
Pant also became the first Indian wicketkeeper to score a hundred in Australia and is now only one of four Indian wicketkeepers – Budhi Kunderan, Nayan Mongia and MS Dhoni – with a 150-plus score in Test cricket.
