Guess the actor did not get a blink of sleep so his fans woke up with a blast from the past. Big B shared a throwback photo from one of his family trips to Paris. The post is a collage that features wife Jaya Bachchan, son Abhishek Bachchan and daughter Shweta Bachchan Nanda.
Dated back to 1985, the post shows a few scenes from Paris’ Montmartre where an artist painted a portrait of Amitabh Bachchan while his wife and children watched in awe. Abhishek’s expression does get a special mention in Amitabh Bachchan’s post where the actor adds that Junior B thought that his father’s portrait was being drawn all wrong.
The post on the gram opened the floodgates of fond memories for Amitabh Bachchan. He described it as, “Paris, Montmartre, 1985…the famous bohemian courtyard of artists and painters…made famous by the legendary artist Toulouse Lautrec…a film made on him ‘Moulin Rouge’ that starred the incredible actor José Ferrer and later Moulin Rouge made by Baz Luhrmann and of course “Calcuttaites” would dwell on the famous night club Moulin Rouge, on Park Street…our nightly hang out during 1962 – 1968 and the band of Louis Banks and singer Pam Crane…aaahhhh those were the days my friend ..”
