Ayushmann Khurrana will be seen portraying the role of an IPS officer in his upcoming venture, Article 15. The producers of Article 15 launched a new poster from the film early today. The poster highlights Ayushmann is his all-new police look with the strong quote ‘Farq bahot karliya, ab faq layenge.’ The film’s teaser is also released today afternoon.
The producers have taken the title from Article 15 of the Constitution of India, which forbids discernment on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth. And the film promises to reveal shocking true events. Excited isn’t?

Talking about the film, Ayushmann had earlier said in a statement, ‘I’m always intrigued by the socio-political scenario of our country but very few films project it in an unbiased way. Anubhav is one of those few directors who understands the complexities of our country. I loved his Mulk, the most balanced film on communalism and extremism and I am really excited to work with him in Article 15.’
Article 15 is directed by Anubhav Sinha. The film also features Isha Talwar, M Nassar, Manoj Pahwa, Sayani Gupta, Kumud Mishra and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub. And the film is slated to release on June 28.
