Tested COVID-19 negative, megastar Amitabh Bachchan has returned from Nanavati Hospital and is self-quarantined at home. Celebrating this happy news, dairy brand Amul released a new doodle on social media, dedicating it to the actor.
Calling it as Big B’s homecoming gift, the doodle shows Amitabh Bachchan sitting on a sofa with a mobile phone in his hand and the iconic Amul girl is seen standing next to him. Along with it, Amul added a witty tagline to their tribute, ‘AB beats C’ where ‘AB’ refers to Amitabh Bachchan and ‘C for coronavirus.
Touched by this sweet gesture, Big B expressed his gratitude towards Amul on Twitter. He wrote that the brand is extremely thoughtful as they have made the actor part of their unique poster campaigns. See:

On the other hand, former Chief Minister of Karnataka Siddaramaiah has tested positive for coronavirus. In a brief post on Twitter, he stated that as a precaution, the leader has been admitted to the hospital on the advice of doctors. He has also asked all those who came in contact with him to check out for symptoms and to quarantine themselves.
This news has come a day after the state’s current Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa was also tested COVID-19 positive. Currently, both the leaders are undergoing treatment in the same hospital and are stable.
I have been tested positive for #Covid19 & also been admitted to the hospital on the advice of doctors as a precaution.
I request all those who had come in contact with me to check out for symptoms & to quarantine themselves.
