Multi-talented Farhan Akhtar has teamed up with Director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra once again. After six years of ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’, the duo are working on another sports drama titled ‘Toofan’, which will be released in 2020.
Farhan had announced this collaboration on his Instagram, a few months back.
Farhan is known to be on top of his game and get into the deepest nerve of his character, let it be in acting, direction or music. In his upcoming movie, he will play the role of a boxer. The ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’ actor started training extensively for his character six months back, under former world kickboxing champion, Drew Neal and keeps updating his fans with his fitness regime on Instagram.

Farhan’s upcoming production venture will also feature Paresh Rawal, who will play the role of his coach. Producer Ritesh Sidhwani also shared a picture from the shoot.

Meanwhile, the 2008 hit musical drama ‘Rock On’ completed 11 years of its release today. Farhan Akhtar starrer movie was directed by Abhishek Kapoor and also features Arjun Rampal, Prachi Desai, Purab Kohli, Luke Kenny and Shahana Goswami in the leads.
